Lifesum is an app that help you to reach your health's goal. No matter you just want to be healthy or lose weight or even gain weight.

I strongly recommend this app because:

  • Customised for everyone's needs. Not only just for normal health improvement, the app also provides option for people who wants to gain weight. You can also choose your gender, age, weight, height and it will provide guideline accordingly.

  • Goal tracker. It records your daily nutrient intake to ensure you reach your daily objective. You can also update your weight such that it will track your performance.

  • Recipes. Based on your objective, it will provide you the recipes from breakfast, lunch to dinner and even snack. Now you don't need to worry what to eat tonight.

  • Free (limited function). The free function is sufficient for you to reach your health goal. Ofcourse you can pay extra if you need more sophisticate options.

• Not everything that our body recommends is acceptable

good point, they could sort their recipe by types of food as well to further enhance the app.

Pros:

  • Who doesn't want to be healthy? We need it as health is highly recommended for everyone!
  • Records your body's condition and motivate you to keep going by reaching your desired target
  • Recipes are well-provided in each meal for a good eating habits

Cons:

  • I can't say any negative here hence there are some functions that are free

  • A good way to track and plan your diet where you can easily monitor the food that you eat while examining and getting those calorie information.
  • A good way to organized your healthy recipes and your diet plan to make it well balanced.
  • Aside on its health tracker it has also some tips and guides which always keep you on track in every food that you eat.
  • It has calculators and planner which easily get information from food that you eat making you always fit and healthy.

Cons :

  • It has some issues on inputting some items and meals, which sometimes does not respond or recorded.

  • We can personalize and customize our daily goals  
  • you can track your weight measurement

Cons

  • Android version not so good
  • Need lots of upgrade and development


This app is very useful to learn about maintaining good health because of maximum peoples don't know about, How to control weight as per BMI.
