Yes it is possible and looks more likely now then 2 months ago.

The biggest reason for this, is that the Steem / Steem power is concentrated on very few hands. We need much wider distribution of Steem / Steem Power, for Steem to go to higher price levels. A lower price will help distributing the Steem.
