My taste for: The eggs

Hello dear friends! Welcome to my post. How are you all? I hope you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest organised by @dasudi in this Steemit Iron Chef community. The topic of this contest is about "My taste for the eggs". How often do you usually eat eggs?

Eggs are very important part of our diet because they are filled with a lot of nutrients including protein, calories, fats, vitamins and minerals etc. All these things we can find in an egg. So, due to all these reasons, I prefer to eat eggs three to four times in a week in summer season. But in winter, I usually eat eggs twice a day. In the morning, I eat fried eggs or omelette and in the evening I eat boiled eggs.

This is because, I winter we need more warm to deal with the cozy weather and eating a boiled egg, help to reduce the intensity of coldness in our body. Also, it increases the temperature of body which keeps the coldness away from us. Besides these things, eggs has a lot of benefits to our overall health due to which, we should eat eggs.

What is your favorite way to prepare eggs: fried, scrambled, boiled, or in an omelet?

I prepare eggs in different ways and most of the times, I prepare it in the form of an omelette, fried and boiled. All these ways are very easy and take a very less time in the preparation of an egg. In the form of an omelette, I put egg on the frying pan, put some oil and black pepper, in results, the omelette is ready within the five minutes.

For frying, I put some spices, green pepper, onion etc mix them with the eggs, and put it on the frying pan which get ready within a shorter interval of time. In case of boiling, that process take some time because, water take some time to reach at its boiling point and then it starts boiling the eggs.

What is the price of a carton of eggs in your area on Steem?

In Pakistan, the prices of eggs vary from season to season. Yes, in winter, The price of eggs are different as compared to the summer season. This is because, usually in the winter, the value of eggs increases as people prefer to eat more during the cozy days and nights of winter season.
