International Tequeño Day

Tequeños is one new snack I just discovered not long ago during Steemit Learning Challenge and since then it has been irresistible.

Question 1: Do you think tequeño is the king of Venezuelan feasts, or do you have another candidate?

Being that this snack is mostly served during Venezuelan celebration or hospitality, I would say that; yes, tequeños are the king of Venezuela feasts. Tequeños are popular and there's no other candidate to compare.

Question 2: Do you only like cheese tequeño, or have you tried it with other fillings? Tell us about your experience.

I haven't tried cheese tequeños before but it will definitely be my next filling. I've tried my tequeños with chicken and sausage. Using chicken breast gives nice flavor to the dough and I loved the result. At the other, sausage was nice too but I didn't like it that much.

Question 3: Do you make your own tequeños or prefer to buy them?

I learned tequeños recipe on this platform and my first trial was amazing. I loved and enjoyed the outcome so since then, it has always been homemade. I don't think I would want to buy them outside. I want to have control of every step by making sure that the ingredients in the dough are balance and the frying too should be golden brown just like the way I like it.

Question 4: Do you think tequeño is overrated, or do you really think it's a delicious snack?

Tequeños is not overrated, it is actually a nice snack. Although, it's not popular here but I wish many people in my country can have a taste of it. Each time I prepare this snack at home, everyone always ask for more. Tequeños is not just love by one person but everyone who come across it; its taste, crispy texture and golden look are attractive.

Question 5: If you and I started a business selling tequeños, what would you name our business? Think of something original and catchy to attract lots of customers!

If I am given the privilege of starting a snack business of selling tequeños, I would name it; Crispy Bliss
