Editan soup
Hi guys ,
How are you all doing, here,I am saying welcome to a new episode of my cooking, today I shall be preparing a very delicious recipe that is,our locally made soup Editan soup.
Note please that Editian leaf is a bitter vegetable and it's also slimy in nature however,that will demand a lot of washing and carefulness
But d not panic it's very simple and easy to make that's why I want to show you how,
please tag along as I will show you what I used during these process let's do this...
A tray of my cooking items /ingredients
I will be using the following items
The list also contains...
Red Oil
Salt
And maggi
Grap Your pot as we go in with the items listed above which has been neatly cleaned and ready to be cooked
- steps 1
Go in with your Beef and other protein
Season with salt ,pepper ,onions, magi and then add a little amount of water and so steam for over 3miniute or less
- Step 2
Next, you add your water leaf to the already steamed protein, and add your smoked fish, mfi, crayfish, Maggi, stir and cover for 2 minute
- step 3
Add your Red oil stir and add your already washed Editan leaf and keep stirring until properly mix with the ingredients added earlier
- step 4
Add more oil to your teast and then stir again
Keep testing for a proper mix
By now my yummy Mouth watery Editan soup is ready
