Delicious recipe for my homemade mango chutney

Assalamu Alaikum. I hope everyone is healthy and well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also healthy and well. Today I am going to participate in a competition, I hope you all like it very much. This competition is a recipe competition. Today's recipe is mango chutney. Usually everyone likes to eat sour mangoes a lot. We get mango fruit once a year. When the fruit is raw, it is very sour. And when it is ripe, it becomes sweet. So this fruit is my favorite fruit in the year. Mango is my favorite fruit, besides, I really like to eat mango chutney in the market, it is a popular food. Moreover, I sometimes go to different shops and eat mango chutney and mango pickle. So I made mango chutney with my own hands today, I hope you all like my mango chutney. So let's start with how I made mango chutney today.
What I need to make the recipe

I cleaned the mangoes well with water so that there would be no dirt when the mangoes were cut clean. Then I peeled the mangoes and put them in clean water again so that the mango pulp would float in the water.

Then I cut the mangoes thinly and lightly. Then I put the pan on the stove. Then I left the mangoes on the pan.

Then I sprinkled my amount of sugar on the mangoes. I boiled the mangoes for about 10 minutes.

Then I put them in the middle of the pot to boil. There I lightly added oil. Then I added cumin, cinnamon, cardamom and stirred them slowly.

Then the red color returned to the pickle. I stirred the pickles for a while. Then I sprinkled the dried chilies on top so that the pickles are spicy and sweet to eat.

Then I skipped the garlic one by one and put it in the pickle so that it tastes very delicious to eat. Then I stirred the pickles and when the garlic is lightly cooked, I will take it off the stove and serve it.

Finally, I finished cooking and served it in a bowl. Then I decorated the pickle beautifully with green chilies. The pickle was very delicious, especially my elder daughter praised it. If it is very small, then she understands the fun. Mother-in-law and we all enjoyed it very much. Wow, I have made a wonderful chutney. I hope you will make it like me and eat it, God willing.
