Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Today, I am going to participate in the second week of Season 27, in which we will create a sweet milk dish.

In this dish, I have decided to make mango custard, and I will share the entire recipe and process with you. So let's move on to our main procedure.

All kinds of sweets have always been my favorite, so sweets made with milk are also my favorite. I eat them with great gusto. I don't like salty things as much as I like sweet things, especially those made with milk.

Many recipes are prepared at home using milk, including custard, kheer, rabri, ras malai, sheer khorma, doodh jalebi, and vermicelli. All of these things have always been my favorites. I love everything made from milk.

Custard

Ingredients:

First of all, let's talk about the ingredients used in it. All the ingredients that we have to prepare this recipe are as follows:

Milk 1 Kilogram
Sugar to taste
Custard Powder 8 tablespoons
1 Apple
5 to 8 Dates
Raisins 15 to 20
Almonds 15 to 20
Cardamom 2 
Coconut for decoration
Fruit Cakes 3 to 5

Process:

Our first step is to pour the milk into a pan and place it on the stove to boil it properly. While we are boiling the milk, we have to add two cardamoms to it. For the best taste, you can use it as per your choice.

While our milk is boiling, we have to take a separate vessel and put the custard border in it. We will add a little water to the custard powder, or we will add a little cream and mix it well.

When our milk starts boiling, we have to add sugar to it according to our test. Since I am taking one kilo of milk, I am adding one cup of sugar to it. You have to add sugar according to your test.image.png

When the milk is boiled thoroughly, the sugar will be mixed in it. Then, add the custard powder paste we have made to the milk and mix it well. Meanwhile, we have to add a few raisins and mix them in with it.

Now we have to mix it well and keep stirring it for five to ten minutes. When it is well prepared, the milk should thicken slightly. Then we have to turn off the stove and keep it aside to cool.

Now we have to cut the fruit we want to add into small pieces properly. I have apples, almonds, and dates. I have divided them into small pieces. First, we have to peel the apples. After peeling, we have to divide them into small pieces. We also have to remove the pit from the dates and divide them into long pieces. We also have to finely chop the almonds.

Now our custard has cooled down. Now we need to take a container. First, we will make a bed of fruit cake under this container. After making the bed, we will put the custard inside it. First, we will place the cake in one lay, er and then we will put the custard in the second layer.

After adding the custard, the third layer will be our fruits. We will add all the fruits that we have prepared inside it, including apples, dates, almonds, etc. After adding all that, we have finely ground the fruit cake. We have to put this fruit cake and raisins on top of it in a good way, making a whole layer of it.

Now we have to add another layer of custard, making a complete layer in a good way, thanks to which our bowl of custard will be ready.

To decorate this custard, I have used coconut, almond, and fruit cake batter, with which I will decorate it on top.

First, I made a circle of coconut, put fruit cake inside it, and again on the sides I put almonds, made a layer of it, and again added fruit cake, thanks to which now my final custard is ready.

The process of today's recipe has been completed. The recipe is ready. This milk-based custard is very delicious.

While preparing this recipe, I did not face any kind of problem or difficulty because sweet things are my favorite, and therefore, I am very good at preparing these things, so I prepared it myself with great enthusiasm and enjoyed it a lot. I did not have to face any kind of problem.

At what occasion do you want to make your dessert?

We often prepare these things in our normal days, but I especially consider it more appropriate to prepare these things at a festival, on the occasion of a guest's arrival, or on the occasion of a party with friends.

It is specially prepared on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. Every house usually makes sweet things, so this is the favorite thing of this time, so I also refer them more to the best festive joy of all kinds.
