Well all the way from china I bring to you my Chinese cuisine. Hope you like it.

Have you tried any Chinese food? Which Chinese food is available at your local places?

Nope , I’ve not tried Chinese food before . This is the first Chinese food am eating and it was happily prepared by me. Hence this is the first Chinese recipe am eating.

There are Chinese restaurants available in my locality but I’ve not visited them before. Am sure that when I do, I’d find interesting foods on their menu and maybe including the one taught in the class.

Make the given recipe or any recipe that you like from Chinese cuisine step by step in detail with pictures. Include your name tag with date in final presentation of recipe.

I prepared the given recipe with the ingredients the teacher gave in the class.

I tried as much possible to incorporate almost all the ingredients .

My dried beef chilli sauce was ready. I ate it with white rice and it was a beautiful Combo and great taste. I shared it with a neighbor who had eaten Chinese cuisine before and she said I got it. I was excited cos she loved it too.

My final presentation

IMG_1291.jpeg

What is your favorite family recipe from Chinese cuisine that you make with fusion of your local species?

I’ve not prepared any Chinese cuisine recipes before now. This is the first time am trying out a Chinese cuisine courtesy of the learning challenge.

Since I’ve learnt do this now, it would be easy to incorporate it into the family cooking or infuse what I’ve learnt into my local recipes.

I intend to use the marinating method and beef frying methods for my subsequent cookings. I didn’t know that beef can be fried without cooking and this marinating gave it a whole new taste and I loved it. I intend to use this method more often from today.

Any difficulty that you faced during making recipe?

Not at all. I didn’t face any difficulties in making the recipe. The teacher gave a very vivid step by step procedure to follow and following it diligently brought me the final result.

I didn’t experience any form of difficulty. It was a seemless experience and I enjoyed it all through.

Thank you for reading through. Hope you love my recipe. I ask @pandoradiary, @jovita30 and @kidi40 to come eat Chinese food.
