Today I will participate in an engagement challenge.
I am really happy to be participating in today's engagement challenge.The theme of the engagement challenge is SLC27-W1 //"Desserts From Grain".Before participating in the great engagement challenge, I would like to thank my sister @suboohi first.I am very happy to see that you have provided a such delicious recipe. I liked this recipes so much that I made it today.It looks as tempting as it tastes. In fact, we make these desserts during various events.This recipe can be made in a short time and would be great as an afternoon snack.I hope you like my recipe today, so let's get started.
Do you think desserts are important at special events?
Yes, special event design is very important.Because they are a part of joy and celebration.Birthday cakes, wedding sweets, festive pies, etc. all add to the festive atmosphere.People usually wait for dessert after a meal and the memories of this dessert ceremony are even more beautiful.Just as dessert provides a sweet accompaniment to the end of a meal, it is also a symbol of joy.No event is complete without dessert.It not only provides the pleasure of taste but also makes human relationships sweeter.So it can be said that dessert makes special occasions memorable and enjoyable.

To be honest, my family really likes to eat sweets.We make sweets for various occasions.I made gram flour halwa today too.It was very delicious to eat.It was just as tempting to look at.So let's start the recipe.
Necessary materials
- Oil 1/2 Cup
- Ghee 1/2Cup
- Salt
- Gram flour
- Sugar
- nuts Chopped
- A cup of milk
- Food coloring
- Cardamom 2-3
Step-1
First I took 1/2 cup of gram flour.Then I added 1/2 cup of oil to the gram flour.Then I mixed them well.

Step-2
Then I added 1/2 cup of milk.Then I mixed it well.Then I sifted it using a sieve.So that there are absolutely no grains left.

I put a pan on the stove and added the sifted gram flour into it.I kept stirring the gram flour for a few minutes.When a very nice Gran actually , I will take it off the stove.

Then I took 1/2 cup of sugar in a pan.Then I added about a cup of water.Then I added 1 pinch of food coloring to it.Then I mixed all the ingredients well and continued to knead until the sugar was smooth and creamy.

Then add the gram flour fried in sugar syrup.Then you have to stir it well.Then I added a small amount of ghee to another pan , I geve some chopped nuts.

- Then I left the gram flour in between the nuts.Then I stirred all the ingredients well.Then I took it out on a plate.
