Homemade Tomato and Garlic Ketchup

First of all, let me tell you that I have taken the tomatoes and washed them well and I have cut the tomatoes into small pieces because the smaller the pieces we cut the tomatoes into, the less time it will take to boil them. So I have eaten it in small pieces and along with it I have peeled the garlic.

So as soon as both my things are ready, I have taken it in water. We have taken a separate pot and in a separate pot I have put the water on the stove and in it I have put the tomatoes and garlic because I have to make ketchup of both of them. So now it has taken me about eight to nine minutes to boil it well and we have made our paste very soft. The purpose of boiling is to make it so soft that even with a spoon we have mashed the garlic completely. So we have boiled it well.

When I have boiled it, now I want to grind it like it is inside a blender or grinder, so I have taken juicer machines and have ground it well inside the machine, not at all, within a few seconds it has become current well, I am happy to see this, I am going to succeed

After that, after grinding and cutting, I put it back in the pot and put it on the stove on a very low heat and I will add the rest of the ingredients inside it, like I have added sugar, chili and salt to taste and apart from that I did not have any apple or grapes vinegar so I have used simple vinegar that is available in my home

So I have cooked it on a low heat for a while so that its cobbler etc. does not remain raw, then after that we have taken it off and it is ready to be cooked. A very delicious ketchup is being made.

Did you face any difficulty in the preparation of the ketchup at home?
No, the method you mentioned was very easy and we made the kecher with figs very well and in a very short time by following your method. Otherwise, I used to think that after seeing every kechup, I would know how this raw ketchup is made. I don't know which machine is used. But if I thought that I would not be able to make the same delicious ketchup as we usually eat from the market, but no, of course not.
It really has to be made in a very large quantity. Therefore, I must say that I did not face any difficulty. Yes, I tested the one that will be loved when it was made, it was very good, we all ate it together, actually I said what did we do, so we all sat down to eat and there are many people who we told them that we use chips with fast food but today they don't like it that much anymore but they licked the chips with their fingers and ate them and it was really delicious.
Its taste was really good and I am really happy to tell you that I didn't think I would be able to make it so delicious with ketchup, but we tested it and its smell was very delicious. And it is very fresh as compared to the market ketchup
