"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 80: (Handmade Seviyan recipe)"

I hope you are all well and I am also completely well, thank God, and today I am going to share a very delicious and first-time recipe with you guys because I have never used this recipe before
And I have never tried it and I have never even had the chance to eat it. Today is the first time I have to share the recipe with you guys, so this first experience remains my emperor, so first of all, let us discuss with them what I am making with you guys today. These are handmade needles. They are also called pota needles because they are made with the fingertips and this is quite a difficult task.
But we got some made needles because we have some relatives who make such needles and then they also sent us as a gift and when a person sends something with such desire, it must be used, so we thought why not use it and see what happens. How is its test and how is it made? Let's go ahead.
First of all, let me tell you that these are raw noodles and we have to make them ourselves. It takes very little time to make them and very few ingredients are used.
- Needles
- Oil
- Water
- Sugar
- Cardamom
First of all, we will take an empty vessel and add ghee to it. After adding the ghee, we will see that the ghee is added in a very small amount. This means that if we have a bowl of noodles, we will add about three to four tablespoons of noodles only. After adding the ghee, we will add the noodles and make them. When they become light brown in color and we will start feeling that their color has changed.

We do not want to make them very dark, but we want to keep them a little lighter. When we feel that they have been made and their color has changed a little, we will take them off. We will not take it off, we will add water and sugar inside it, like we will add water inside it. If we have a cup of lentils, we will add two cups of water and half a cup or so of sugar.

If we feel that there is not enough sugar, we can add more. We will cook the water that is added inside it and cook it until the noodles dry up. When this water dries up, we will put it on the stove. We will keep it on the stove for about 15 minutes and we will keep checking little by little because this is my first experience, so I was checking again and again whether they are done or not, but if we make it again and again, we will get an idea, so we do not have to check again and again.
