Do you think desserts are important at special events?
Yes, I think this is very important because when we eat or when we invite someone for a special function, the meal does not seem complete without dessert. And even if a normal guest comes to our house, we definitely have a dessert dish for him, like any other meal, we make it together. And anyway, all of us, the whole of Pakistan, love sweets very much. Sweet dishes are loved very much. I think this is very important. We have dessert.
And if I tell you my personal choice, I love desserts very much. I like besan ki barfi, semolina halwa, other sweets are custard and kheer, I like all kinds of sweet things very much, but among sweets, I like besan ki barfi and sweets very much.

So let's go. As we know, today we have to make besan barfi and just like you have shared this post with us and told us the method, I will try my best to make it exactly like that. So first of all, let me tell you which ingredients I have to add in it.

So first of all I have taken a vessel and not all of them I have put besan in the vessel we have taken exactly the quantity I have told you and put besan in it and started kneading it lightly now I have kept the inch there very light because we have to change its color just a little and knead it and we have to keep stirring it continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom and does not go too quickly and as soon as two to three minutes or maximum four minutes pass
Then you will start smelling it which will make you realize that you have grown this besan in the dough. And now it is done so after that we will add a little ghee inside it and keep stirring it continuously I have started kneading it by adding a little ghee and not lightly
And I have been stirring it continuously I have put a little ghee in it and put it in the complete case and we have started stirring it further I have tried to keep it moving continuously so that it doesn't settle down.

And now we will add a little milk in it and then cook it for a little more so that it becomes a paste in a good way and now I have made this paste in a good way

Now I will take another separate vessel and in a separate vessel I will add water in this amount that I have told you and I will put it on a light inch on the stove and after that I have put sugar in it and at the same time we have added a little pinch of food color which is in it which will give our barfi a very beautiful color but I have put a little extra color in it and now I will make its sugar sauce I will make it very well with four of the sugar and as soon as it is almost five to seven minutes after the sugar trick is completed now after completing the charge that I had prepared the paste earlier I will put it inside.

And now I have put it inside our paste and started stirring it well. I will keep stirring it continuously and we will make a paste of it to such an extent that it becomes quite thick and it does not remain thin

then I have taken a separate vessel which is made of steel silver but I have taken steel and if I have put ghee inside it, it is because when we put our prepared barfi paste in it, it does not stick to it. That is why we have put ghee inside it and now I will put the prepared paste in it and let it cool for some time.

When it cools down a little so that it is not too thin and it does not become too hard when I feel that we can grind it and it will not scatter then I will grind it into small pieces we and just like that when I had made its paste I had mixed almonds in it and when I put it in this pot I also mixed almonds in it so now our besan barfi is ready and when I tasted it I found it very delicious and today I am very happy to see that I have also succeeded in making besan ki barfi.

It is nutritious, it has a lot of fiber and a lot of minerals in it. In addition, magnesium, phosphorus, and zinc are found in very rich quantities in it. It has very little sugar and does not contain sugar, which is very beneficial for health. The more benefits it has, the more beneficial it is for our health.
