Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @steemit-ironchef all time my favourite topic ""Daily Menu Delicacies Week No. 91"" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic

Today, I'm going to share a snack recipe with you all. This snack is quick to prepare, crispy, and delicious. You can eat it for breakfast or dinner. This snack is called "Sabudana Pakodas."

The ingredients we'll need to make Sabudana Pakodas are as follows:

One bowl of medium-sized Sabudana
Five medium-sized boiled potatoes
Salt to taste
Chili to taste
Refined oil for frying

Step by step

  • First, soak one bowl of Sabudana in a glass of water for 4 to 5 hours.

  • When the Sabudana has soaked well, it has become soft and all the water has evaporated. Then I poured it into a large container and mixed the peeled and mashed boiled potatoes into it.

  • Then I added salt and pepper, and mixed all the ingredients well. The dough for the dumplings was ready.

  • After that, I poured refined oil into a pan, where we would put the dumplings, and put it on the stove to heat. Meanwhile, I took a little refined oil, applied it to my hands, and began forming small balls from the dough I had prepared.

  • By the time these balls were ready, the refined oil had also heated up. Then I added four to five pieces at a time and started frying them.

  • Remember, when adding the balls for frying, don't put a spoon in them immediately. Because it can burst or scatter in the pan. So, when it starts to turn brown, we'll flip it.

  • So, this is how we fried our sago balls until golden brown and served them with tomato sauce.

  • This is a very quick snack and is loved by everyone, whether children or adults. The best part is that it's filled with potatoes, so it's a healthy and filling snack.
