"SLC-S25/W3 | Broken Glass Jelly Pudding"

At my first glimpse of this colorful dessert, I thought this is somewhat like the window cathedral. But as I read the instructions, there is a little difference. Though it has the same main ingredients, which are the different colors of jelly, but the jelly cuts differently. Though this is easy to prepare, “broken glass pudding” is not well known in our place compared to “window cathedral,” which is most likely to be served during Christmas and other celebrations.
In our place, jelly is called “gulaman”, it is the most well-known street food in our country. Oftentimes, it is mixed with coconut meat, coconut water, and milk, others also mix jelly with different kinds of juices.
So, it's my first time doing this, just like those other two challenges, I am excited again and a little bit nervous about whether I can make it perfectly. Also, my sons can't wait to try it since it's their first time tasting it too!

Ingridients:
- 20 grams of gelatin powder
- 380 grams of condensed milk
- 3 sachets of three different colors of jelly (gulaman)
- hot water
Easy Steps:
Did you enjoy the taste of the Broken Glass Jelly Pudding you made? Or did you give it to someone else? Can you describe it?
Well, if you love cooking, there is no reason that you shouldn’t enjoy every time you cook. As they say, the secret to achieving perfect cooking is to cook with a heart. No matter how easy it is, you have to stay focused, be alert, give the right ingredients, do what is best, and of course, enjoy the process.
What about the taste? The soft jelly is like playing inside your mouth when chewing it. The fruity taste of the jelly in every bite makes it even more special. What I enjoy is the taste of “buko pandan” or green jelly. It is a combination of “buko” or young coconut and pandan essence. It smells so good. I really love it.
It’s super creamy too. The condensed milk really made it! And it’s not too sweet either, just the right balance. My kids loved it. I’m making this again for sure!
Explain the specialty of Broken Glass Jelly Pudding.

- The unique appearance describes its name; it looks like “a broken glass”. Its various colors reflect beautifully when there's light.
- The “not so sweet” taste of this pudding makes it suits for children and adults.

It's so pretty. But I curious about your local specialty, the window cathedral
Although both are gelatin-based, they differ slightly in texture. As I mentioned above, they are cut differently, and the window cathedral is more denser and smoother compared to broken glass jelly pudding.
I just searched for it online and saw it on a Pinoy site; it's so pretty!
