Our new experiences are increasing. I have never made this cake pudding together before. I have made cake and pudding separately many times. However, cake pudding dessert has never been made together. So today I thought of making cake and pudding together and sharing it with you. Those who cannot make this cake pudding can easily follow this recipe and make cake pudding. Which is very fun to eat. Everyone, young and old, can eat it. Everyone in our house liked this cake pudding recipe a lot. It has been sliced ​​into eight slices, which were very big. I have made a very big cake pudding recipe with just two eggs. In the first step, I broke the eggs in a bowl to prepare the pudding mixture. Then I added a little sugar to the eggs. I mixed the sugar with the eggs well using a hand whisk. Now I added the scalded milk to the egg and sugar mixture. I mixed the milk well.

Now I have made caramel in the bowl in which I will set the pudding and cake. To make caramel, I have taken one tablespoon of sugar here. And a little water. Then I have boiled them for 2-3 minutes. Then I have poured the pudding mixture into the caramel bowl.

Now to make the cake batter, I broke one egg into a bowl. I separated the egg yolk from the egg. Then I beat the egg whites well with a beater at one speed. Then I added sugar little by little and beat again.

Now when the egg whites become creamy, I beat them with the egg yolk and vanilla for about 5-10 seconds. Then I sifted the flour, cornflour, baking powder, cocoa powder through a sieve and slowly mixed them into the batter.

Now, after mixing the flour mixture with the cake batter, I poured the cake mixture into the bowl where I had set the pudding and stirred it to mix it with the pudding mixture.

Now I put the cake and pudding mixture in a large pan, covered it with a lid. Then I added some water to the pan and put the lid back on the pan.

After 30 minutes, I checked the cake and pudding to see if they were done. After removing the lid, I saw that both my cake and pudding were done. So I took them out and left them to cool for two to three hours. Then, when they were cool, I served them on a plate.

If we do not beat the white part of an egg for a while, then our egg white part becomes fluffy. We can make any dessert with just three ingredients: eggs, sugar and vanilla essence. If we beat the mixture of these two eggs and sugar, then a very beautiful texture comes out. It brings a very soft texture. If we use eggs while making pudding, then the pudding swells a little. And the pudding is very soft. If we use all the mixtures in the right quantity, then there is no possibility of the pudding breaking. Especially if the quantity of these eggs is kept right, then all our sweets are perfect. And if we do not use eggs, our desserts would never be perfect. That is why we have to use eggs in making any sweets.

I didn't have much difficulty in making this dessert. We had almost all the ingredients for making desserts with eggs at home. I sometimes make cakes and sometimes puddings. Since I make two things, we had all the ingredients for making these two things at home. That's why I made the pudding cake within a day. It takes a lot of time to make this pudding cake. Although the pudding and the custard are made separately, I have never made the two things together. That's why I was a little afraid that this pudding and the cake would be perfect. But after making it, I liked it a lot. Both the things have set very nicely. The pudding mixture is thick and thin and the cake mixture is fluffy. That's why the cake mixture floats on top, which is why the cake and pudding are beautifully formed. The pudding stays at the bottom and the cake stays on top. Anyway, I didn't have much difficulty in making this pudding cake, but it took a lot of time. I started making the pudding cake very early today. It was finished by noon.

What are the nutritional benefits of your sweets?

All the ingredients I used to make my dessert have these nutritional properties. We know that an egg usually provides 155 to 160 kilocalories of energy. Due to which we do not feel tired to work all day. An egg contains almost all the nutrients. However, after this is cow's milk. Cow's milk strengthens our bones and teeth and gives strength to our body. For this reason, we should drink a glass of milk every day. Sugar also has some benefits. However, eating red sugar is more beneficial for us. Because red sugar has much more nutrients than white sugar. We should not eat too much white sugar. That is why I used a small amount of sugar in both eggs and pudding. Since red sugar is not available here, I used white sugar. Next is flour. It produces energy in our body. When bread is made with flour, it goes slowly into our stomach. As a result, it is digested slowly. Due to this, we do not feel hungry much. That is why bread made with flour has benefits for diabetic patients.
