First of all, I would like to thank @suboohi for organizing such a wonderful contest. We like desserts a lot. If there is one or two dessert items on our dining table, we like to eat them very much. In most cases, dessert is eaten immediately after the meal. Dessert can be made in different ways. Although I make many desserts. However, according to the course shown in today's contest, I made Besan ki barfi. Which I enjoyed making very much. Because I always like making recipes. And since I have a recipe channel, it is very convenient for me to make new videos. In today's course, I watched two recipes. However, from there, I made gram flour barfi. Which was incredibly fun to eat. My son was very happy to eat it. You can probably understand by looking at the picture.I didn't cut it at first, because it looked great that way. Anyway, without further ado, let's start the recipe step by step.
Ingredients required for making Besan ki Barfi .

Food color | 1/3 Teaspoon |
Step-1
First, I took two cups of gram flour in a bowl. Then, I added a little oil to it and mixed it well with my hands.
Step-2
Then I added the liquid milk. Then I mixed it well again. After that, I sieved it well.
Step-3
I put the sifted gram flour in a pan. Then I kept stirring and frying it for five to six minutes. A very nice aroma came out. At this point, I took the pan off the stove.
Step-4
In a separate pan, I added sugar. Then I added water. After mixing it well, I added food coloring. Then I added cardamom.
Step-5
After that, I put the pot of gram flour back on the stove. Then I poured the sticky sugar syrup that I had made into the gram flour and kept mixing it well. It will become very sticky as you stir.I have used a fair amount of ghee in this.
Step-6
I brushed ghee in a bowl. Then I spread the almonds well in it. Then I put the sticky gram flour mixer in here and set it well to cool.
Final result
When it cooled down nicely, I took it out of the mold and took some pictures of it. It was actually as much fun to eat as it was to look at. When I was decorating it after making it, my son kept coming back to eat it. Later, I cut it from here and gave it to him and he was very happy to eat it.

And according to the traditional custom, different types of desserts are served on any happy news or any event. The ingredients I have used here have health benefits for all the ingredients. Gram flour is a nutrient that contains fiber, protein and various nutrients. And these are very beneficial for our body. Apart from that, it helps in reducing cholesterol and also helps in controlling weight. Talking about sugar, the benefits of sugar here are very small. However, brown sugar is somewhat beneficial. It contains calcium, magnesium etc. However, it is better to consume sugar in very small quantities. All these ingredients used here are very good for our body. They contain protein and they build immunity. Apart from that, there are some ingredients in it that help in building our bones. However, everything should be consumed in moderation. Because eating excess ghee can sometimes increase obesity and can be a risk of cholesterol. So it is better to consume everything in limited quantities.
