Hello everyone.How are you all? I am fine by the grace of almighty. Hope you are also fine.
First of all, I would like to thank @suboohi for organizing such a wonderful contest. I found this contest a lot of fun because since milk and eggs are used to make desserts, besides, various sweet ingredients are used. There I got an opportunity to make desserts with vegetables. However, since I have made many desserts with fruits before, today I made a dessert with carrots to bring a difference. Although I have made different desserts with different vegetables before, which was incredibly fun to eat. However, the dessert that I made today is Carrot Pudding. And it was so much fun to eat that my son ate it again and again. All the ingredients used in this recipe are nutritious ingredients. Moreover, everyone can easily make it. If you reduce the amount of sugar here, it will be perfect for those who eat less sweets. Everyone in my house enjoyed eating it a lot more. And it has become one of our favorite puddings from now on. Anyway, I have said a lot, so now let's see the whole recipe processing step by step.
Ingredients required for making Carrot pudding .

Step-1
First, I broke two eggs in a bowl. Then I beat them well. Then I added sugar as needed. Then I mixed everything well again.
Step-2
I added the previously thickened milk to the eggs and sugar. Then I mixed everything well again.
Step-3
I had already grated one carrot. Now I took them in a pan and boiled them well with 1/2 cup of water. Then I cooled them and blended them well.
Step-4
Now add the carrot paste to the previously prepared egg-milk mixture and mix well again.
Step-5
Now I spread 1 tablespoon of sugar in a bowl. Then I put it in the oven and caramelized it. When it was caramelized, I added some grated carrots to it. So that it sets with the caramel. After that, I took it off the oven.
Step-6
Now, in that caramel, I poured the previously prepared mixture of eggs, milk and carrot paste. Then I steamed it for about 30 minutes, like pudding. After that, I checked it and cooled it down.

The recipe I made is a very interesting recipe. It is also very easy to make. Although I did not face any problem in making it. But the interesting thing is that my son was walking around with me until I was making it. Because he loves eating pudding very much, carrots are his favorite vegetable. Since I have already made various desserts with carrots, he thought that I was making something interesting for him today.
