Daily Menu Delicacies Week No.92 (10-10-2025) // Irresistible and mouth watering day combo
Greetings to all members of this prestigious community and to you who is taking time to read my post. You are welcome to my blog. Today, I want to participate in one of the amazing weekly lcontest called Daily menu delicacies.
In today's post,I am ready to showcase the three meals consumed by me on 10/10/2025. This is the only contest that helps user to reflect on what they consume on a particular date.
Every mother has a key role to play in family consumption. Here in my country, women determine what food is best for their families and sometimes men and children say what they are craving. It is important to satisfy the craving of our family members.
Waking up in the morning, I was craving for pasta mixed with Fried plantains and fried eggs.
This is one of my favourite food, pasta is carbohydrates food, Egg is protein and plantains contains iron. The combination make the meal balance. Adding some nutritious spices to the meal make the aroma appetizing.
I use tomatoes and fried the pasta for some time. This make the pasta to have taste and become appealing to the eyes.
I eat this food to my satisfaction and I also added some inside my daughter's lunch pack. Since took bread and tea in the morning. This meal served as our lunch.
Time wait for one, it run faster than the way we think, before we could finish one or two,lt is afternoons already. A man must eat for sustainability, I entry my garden, cut down my bananas and prepare unripe Banana Porridge .
I went to the kitchen,pick a knife and peel the thin membrane, greate with greater it into smaller puree and add brisket bone(properly steam and Season), onion, pepper, crayfish,Red oil, dry fish,salt and water.I allow it to Cook on a medium heat for 30 minutes and lastly added curry leaf.
Boom!! My lunch is ready.
Unripe Banana Porridge is good source of Iron which contains fiber that support a healthy digestion and bowel movements.It contains antioxidant and blood sugar control. It is the best for nursing mothers and children. It is one of the recommended complementary feed for children from 6month and above.
My evening came with abundance of joy. Our intention was to consumed the remaining banana Porridge and say goodbye for the day. But my sister make it a game changer.
She came unannounced, with lots of goodies. It been a while she set her eyes on my children and she decided to do so.
When I hear her voice at the gate,I was shocked opening the gate,I was short of words. She brought some items for my daughter and to us, fried rice with chicken.
Rice is among my favourite food, irrespective of the preparation,I enjoyed it.This rice was irresistible and Mouth watering, From the appealing appearance to the taste, it was excellent.
To spice up the whole moment, I opened my fridge and remove Holland yogurt and complement the food. That's the reason why,I said that my evening meal came with abundance of joy.
