It another new week with new learning challenges. Time is really flying, we now reached season 25 week 1 of steemit learning challenge. After digesting my teacher's explanations on how to prepare caramel pudding 🍮, I was motivated to submit my homework task for the week. Please read my opinions below through the challenge questions.

Make the given recipe in detail with step by step pictures. Include your name tag with the date at the final presentation of the recipe.

Caramel pudding is one of the popular dessert know and enjoy by thousands of individuals around the globe. It has a sugar, creamy and smooth delicious taste. Below is my ingredients.

Ingredients used

  • Fresh Milk 150 ml
  • Sugar 60 g
  • 3 Egg

Any time I was to prepare delicious meal in my kitchen, I make sure that utensils use is very clean.

After washing a clean pot, I place it on the cooker, I add 40 g sugar into it, I heat the sugar for a while and caramelize it. This process don't require long time,it takes few seconds.

Watching over the colour, I remove it from fire when it becomes golden brown. I know that over cooking of the sugar is not advisable. Thereafter, I set it aside.

Then I use another clean bowl. I break my 3 eggs into the bowl. I gradually beat the 3 eggs for a while. Since my egg is a new fresh eggs,it turns White easily.

It was the right time for me to add the remaining 20g of sugar to the beaten eggs and beat it well. Then I add the fresh milk little by little and beat it vigorously. As instructed by me teacher, beating it for a long time make's my dessert very special.

I Pour my prepared egg-milk mixture into the container with the caramel, I use a tight lid and cover it. I allow it to steam for 20 minutes. I insert toothpick, it comes Out dry, this means my dessert is ready. So I remove it from my cooker and allow it cool. It is not advisable to remove it from the mold while still hot.

Here is the out come of my caramel pudding, it was amazing moment for my family to enjoy it.

In this question,my answer is yes, the reason why someone people might not enjoy their dessert is like that they allow the sugar to got burnt or they overcooked the pudding.

On my own preparation, I took notes of the above and correct the above.The truth is that the combination of creamy texture, Sweet caramel flavour make caramel pudding yummy delicious desserts .

My children love and cherish this dessert because of the sweetness in it. I make that amount of sweetness is right. Not too much and not too little, my pudding came perfect.
The joy and smile from their faces give me satisfaction that,it was really great.

Explain the specialty of caramel pudding.

The specialty of caramel pudding lies in its simple ingredients, known across cultures, and its elegant appearance. This is not but the simple truth about caramel pudding.

Pudding is usually made with milk or cream, eggs, and sugar, each of which provides different types of nutrients. In addition, due to its smooth and soft texture, the satisfaction of the food appears as soon as it is put in the mouth.

Few ingredients is mostly used ,in it preparation as shown above it was just three ingredients: milk, sugar, and eggs, which are affordable and accessible in the market.

No oven or electricity is needed, this delicious recipe can be steamed, which makes it perfect for a places where ovens aren't common.The colour is always attractive to both young and old. Remember it is golden-brown and taste is bitter-sweet with a slightly burnt sugar taste.

Lastly Caramel pudding is very soft and nutritious, so it can be easily eaten by young children and the elderly. Regular consumption help us to get all the protein and vitamins from milk and eggs.
