Am thrilled to engage in the steemit learning challenge first week of season 26 under the topic of dough making where everyone is entitled to use their hand and prepare a tequeños . From my teacher's explanation, I realised that this one of the snack love and cherish people in Venezuela, have you ever consumed it, for me this my first time.

It is advisable that we all should remember nutrition is one of the pillars of our health and general well-being. In less than no time let processed to contest practical and questions.

Make your own tequeños (include ingredients, quantities and step by step instructions) with my recipe or any other of your choice.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 2 cups flour.

  • 1 tablespoon of margarine.

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar.

  • 1 teaspoon of salt.

  • 1/2 cup of cold water.

Wash the process

Food is for consumption as such utensils should be free form contamination, I wash and dry all the utensils that will be used.

Thereafter, I used a one of the bowl, Pour my flour into it and make a volcano as was instructed by my teacher.

I go in with my require quantity of salt.

Thereafter, I added ones teaspoon of sugar.

Butter was the last in things, l added. I Use my hand and mixed my dough till it becomes a kind of sandy.

I continue by adding water little by little .I carry out kneading for about 3 minutes, until the dough is well compacted.

I place my dough in a bag and wrap, I flatten it, and refrigerate for about 2 or 3 hours. It helps to he dough to be easier to work with.

When it is on fridge, I decided to wash my rolling pin and it board.

I bring out my dough, after three hours and unfold it. I cut my cheese into my desirable length.

I cut my dough into three sections, I stretch them and give an a cut.

My next steps was wrapping my dough on the cheese, I make sure it covers it well, the dough wrapped firmly on it so it won't separate while dip in oil frying.

After wrap all, I set apparatus for frying. I pour oil into a pan and allow it to heat up .I gradually turned it till golden brown. I use a paper and lay my tequeños.

When you tried tequeños, what was your experience like? Did you like them? Explain your answer in detail.

In life learning is a continuous process and I cherish this important fact. When I try tried tequeños my experience was awesome. Like is under statement ,I cherish it yummy bit

Although, I was a little nervous that I wouldn't do the procedure right and that the tequeños would split open or something like that when frying them.

It has a special test and how it feels in the mouth smooth flashy.It has a sweet taste, creamy texture and lovely aroma. The experience of eating tequeños is enjoyable ,rich flavour and satisfying.

I did not experience any difficulties because I followed my teacher's instruction on how to do it tactfully.To make new things, it is advisable to abide by the rules and instructions given. Using the same measurements will help attend to a pleasing results.

What sauce would you serve with your tequeños?

I strongly believe that salsa Roja will go well with my tequeños Since it is a spicy, flavourful sauce prepare with fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, chilli pepper and cilantro. After roasting all my ingredients,I blend the spice and season it with salt,lime juice and seasoning cubes. You can imagine the flavour at this point. It would be giving an taste out of this world.

I will gently go in use my tequeños dipping in my sauce. It moment would be on top notch.

Besides the filling you used for your tequeños, what other filling would you like to use or have you tried? Tell us.

Well it is my first time of making it so I have never tried any other filling and I wouldn't know how other feeling will look like but I really like cheese as fillings. Next time,I will love to try sausage.

My reason is that some of the snack here,they sausage is use is also delicious,I believe tequeños will be mouthwatering as well.
I love experimenting and exploring different recipes, I have chosen tequeños among our snacks.

Tan bella esa pequeña comiendo tequeños, a ellos les encanta. La mantequilla es un ingrediente que no puede faltar. Al hacerlo en casa me gusta ponerle bastante queso.
