Recipe of the Day, Week No: 66: (homemade fried egg and bread)
Greetings to everyone and i hope you all are doing alright and well today. Today has really been a stressful day for me at work and at home but despite the stress I never forget to cook a healthy and norishing meal. In today's edition of Contest: Recipe of the Day. Week No.66 I am excited to share a personal take on this humble yet satisfying dish — a plate of soft bread slices paired with well-seasoned, colorful fried eggs, it was what I made for my breakfast today and I wanted to share the recipe with you all, stay tuned.
ingredients
• 3 fresh eggs
• pepper
• onions
• salt
• groundnut oil
Preparation process

First I crack my eggs into a plate and then I beat it lightly with a spoon.

Next I sliced my pepper and added them into the egg with a pinch of salt as well.

After doing that, I then chopped my onion and also added it into the beated egg and stir very well.

At this point, I then put my pot on the fire and added my vegetable oil, then I poured my egg into the pot and allow it to fry for about 1 minute.

Next , I then stir the egg in the frying pot so that all part will be fryed equally and then I allowed it to fry for about 2 more minutes.

After that i brought down the pot from the fire and then my fried egg is ready. Then I sliced my bread.
