How are you ? I hope you are all good. I am also good. I am thankful for this chance.Today, I'm here to take part in this amazing contest, which is organized by the esteemed Teacher @nahela ma'am. She has prepared a tasty and nutritious appetizer called "SLC26-W2 | Churros.. I'm really proud to be a part of this challenge.. I hope it reaches your expectations.

1 - Make your own churros (include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

MAKING
  • First, I put a glass of water on fire and placed it on top. When it started to heat up a little, I added two tablespoons of butter to it.After that, when the water and butter started boiling again.
  • When the water and butter were mixed and it started to boil, I added two tablespoons of sugar and one teaspoon of salt and mixed it, and then I turned off the stove and immediately poured the cup of flour I had put in it into the water, stirring it gently so that it mixed well.
  • Then, after I mixed it well, I set the dough aside for five minutes to cool.

  • I then let the eggs cool for five minutes, then broke an egg into it, added a little vanilla essence, and mixed it well.

I mixed these two things well with a light hand and put them in a separate container.

  • After that I took one and put all my mixture in it. It was already a little sticky but I carefully covered the sides and slowly poured all the mixture into it and started giving the shape of the churros. This is what I got from the front. I got it in a small size so it was coming out thin but what I saw on the net and what I saw in the contest were thick but because of my pan they were coming out very thin.

  • Meanwhile, I had also placed the oil on the side to heat it and fixed a thread on it, and when I put churros inside, she would cut it with the help of this thread.And I fried it to the point of zeros.

After that I had put chocolate syrup because I had chocolate oil here so I used chocolate syrup for dipping it and this is my final picture it turned out very delicious and along with that I had put chocolate syrup in a pot for dipping

2 - After trying the churros, how was your experience? Did you like them? Please explain your answer.

It was absolutely delicious. It was so soft on the inside and a crumbly texture on the outside and melted in my mouth. When I added the powder coating on top, it was perfectly balanced by its sweetness, which added just the right amount of flavor without overpowering itself. With one bite, I could taste the subtle hints of cinnamon and the richness of the flour, and its color had turned a golden brown.

The churros were absolutely delightful! The crispy exterior gave way to a fluffy, tender interior that just melted in my mouth. The sweetness of the powdered sugar coating was perfectly balanced, adding just the right amount of flavor without overpowering the churro itself. With each bite, I could taste the subtle hint of cinnamon and the richness of the dough, which was expertly fried to a golden brown perfection.

What truly elevated the experience was the combination of textures and flavors. The crunch of the fried dough, the softness inside, and the sweetness of the sugar all came together to create a truly indulgent treat. Whether enjoyed on its own or paired with a rich chocolate dipping sauce, the churro experience was nothing short of amazing.

3 - Is there a stand or business in your city that sells churros? Tell us.

In the place where we live, there is no stall of it in my city. In our city, even Momos Kasul has now been introduced, which had become so famous that it is not even offered in our city on a daily basis, I think. Their restaurants have separate batteries that do this work.This is very easy to cook, we can make it in small events and festivals. There is online delivery. In big cities, you can find businesses selling these churros in areas like Google Maps or food delivery apps. In some shopping malls, food courts or similar shops inside small malls, these churros are sold. Starting your own churro business is if you are lucky enough to find a churro stand or business in your city.

You can consider starting your own business because it is a very traditional thing and it has become so popular now. It is not well known in every small area. I also made this for the first time in my house. By the way, I have seen many recipes for it on TikTok online, but I also made it for the first time.

4 - What type of dough would you like to learn for our challenge #3?

I'm really interested in learning how to make sourdough! It looks like such an intriguing bread to experiment with, and I'm eager to understand how to create and keep a sourdough starter going. The distinct flavor and texture of sourdough bread are super appealing, and I'd love to dive deeper into the methods and advice for handling this kind of dough.

I hope you will like this post of mine very much, but there is one mistake of mine in it, that I forgot to write the name of the ingredient and and my username on one page, for which I apologize to you in advance and I am sorry that I left that thing out while making this post.
