recipe of the day: super omelette!!
Hello friends, lovers of good food!
Today I am very happy to share a recipe that I tried just yesterday, the doctor advised me to eat a lot of eggs during the week, but I never know how to make them, so I decided to make a very simple omelette.
Ingredients
2 eggs
salt
zucchini
potato
carrot
onion
cheese
pepper
Method
First I grated a zucchini, a carrot, a potato and some onion from a pan, I chose to grate them because that way they cook faster.
I put the pan on the induction plate at a fairly medium cooking speed, and I let it go for about 10 minutes, so that the vegetables could cook.
Then when I saw that the vegetables were starting to be cooked and to change visually I added the egg, which I had already prepared separately where I had added a little salt, a little pepper and you can also add other spices that make the egg even better.
Immediately after, having reached the egg, I added a little cheese on top, and I put the lid on so that the cooking of the omelette will completely melt the cheese, but you can also add tomatoes, mozzarella.
This omelette is for about two people, as you can see the procedure is very simple, but above all as I always say you can make it with whatever you have in the fridge.
Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo on the plate because it was eaten in a few seconds, it is these simple dishes that are the best.
