This is a very valuable dish for those who are away from home to send to friends abroad, or for those who are away from home for higher education.

INGREDIENT
- Sprats 50g
- Onions 150g
- Curry leaves 10-15
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chill flecks 1tsp
- Coconut oil 3 tbl sp
Method
- First, remove the heads of the sprats and wash them well several times.
Then put coconut oil in a pan and heat it well.
Add the washed and drained sprats to the heated oil.
When it turns brown, remove it.
- Then fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown.
- Then add a little coconut oil to a pan and add curry leaves and fry it.
- Then add salt and chilli flecks to it and add the previously fried sprats and onions and mix well.
Now our frayed sprats and onion mix is ready..
