My Homemade Custard with Jelly and Biscuit Crumble

Today I made sweet and colorful dessert at home custard with jelly and biscuit topping It was Simple to make but it look and tasted amazing
Making the custard:
I mixed milk sugar and custard powder then cook it on low heat until it became thick and creamy. The custar turned a lovely yellow color and fill the kitchen with a warm sweet Smell.

Adding the jelly:
Yesterday I prepared red jelly and let it set in the fridge. when it was ready I cut it into little cubes. The bright red jely look beautiful against the yellow Custard.
Biscuit topping:
To give the dessert little crunch I crush some plain biscuit and sprinkled them on top. This added a nice texture and bit of extra sweetnes.
How it tastes:
When you take a spoonful you get three textures together the smooth custard the soft and wobbly jely and the crunchy biscuit crumbs. It creamy sweet and very refreshing especially on warm day.
This is a dessert anyone can makes at home with just a few ingredient. Its colorful tasty and perfect for sharing with family or friend.
