This is me @isha-rehaman. I hope you all are doing well and enjoy your day. I am very happy to join this week activity in the Steemit Iron Chef Community. This is my Entry for Week No. 72 of the recipe challenge. Today I am going to sharing very tasty spicy recipes of Chapli Kabab a Popular dish in Pakistan especialy in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

These kabab are made with minced meat and lots of Spices and they are fried to Perfection. You can see in my picture how beautiful and delicious they turned out I also place a tomato slice on each kabab to make them look more yummy and juicy


Ingredients I Used:

Here are the simple ingredients I used to make these kabab at home

  • 500 grams minced beef (you can also use chicken or lamb)
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 fresh tomato (cut into slices for topping)
  • 2-3 green chilies (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon crushed coriander seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour (or gram flour/besan)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Step by Step Recipe

Step 1:
In a big bowl add minced meat chop onion green chilies Coriander seed cumin seeds red chili Powder garam masala ginger garlic paste Fresh coriander Salts Corn flour.

Step 2:
Mix everything very well. You can use your hands to mix so the spice go into the meat nicely Let it rest for 10– 15 minute.

Step 3:
Take small portion of the mixture and makes round flat kabab shape Press a tomato slice on the top of each kabab

Step 4:
Heat oil in a pan When the oil is hots gently Place the kabab in the oil

Step 5:
Fry the kababs on medium flamed until both side become brown crispy Flip them slowly so the tomatos slice stays in place.

Step 6:
Your delicious Chapli Kababs are ready! Serve them hot with naan roti raita or chutney. They are perfect for lunch or dinner.

I really enjoy making this recipe today and also enjoy eating it with my family The kabab Was so spicy juicy and very tasty. This is one of my favorite dish because it is ful of flavor and easy to makes I hope you like my recipe and try it at home too.
