Welcome to all the Chef friends of Steem for Iron Chef Community to my new recipe blog. Today I have brought an easy and delicious snack recipe for the Contest: Recipe of the Day Week No.70 competition organized by the respected moderator of Steem for Iron Chef Community, @lirvic mam. The thought of making something healthy for an afternoon snack and children's tiffin is always a concern for the cooks. From that same experience, I have brought such an easy and healthy recipe that everyone, young and old, will love to eat. Especially a delicious and healthy recipe that children will love to eat for an afternoon snack or tiffin is Potato Chicken Kebab.
Chicken Potato Kebab
Chicken Potato Kebab is a popular dish made with chicken and potatoes. It is generally known as a delicious dish that is easy to make. This kebab is usually served by frying or grilling chicken and potatoes marinated in spices.

Chicken Potato Kebab Recipe Method:
Step 1:
√ I started by boiling the chicken and potatoes in a saucepan on the stove. I sliced the chicken and two potatoes and put them in the pot. Now, I filled the pot with enough water and boiled it over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. I boiled the chicken, cooled the potatoes, and then peeled the potatoes. I shredded the potatoes and chicken after that.

Step 2:
√ I put the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, hot spice powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, chili flakes, chopped green chilies, black pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves, one egg, and one tablespoon of cooking oil in a mixing bowl with the grated potatoes, chicken, and onion.

Step 3:
√ After adding all the ingredients to the mixing bowl, I thoroughly combined them. This is the mixture prepared for the Chicken Potato Kebab recipe. The method I used to prepare each kebab was the same.

4th step:
√ After marinating the mixture, to coddle the Chicken Potato Kebab, I took two eggs in a bowl and took toasted biscuit powder. I combined all the ingredients.

5th step:
√ Now, taking a little oil in my hand, I made small tikias from the marinated chicken and potato mixture. When it was time for the mixture to rest, I left it for fifteen minutes.

6th step:
√ Once all the Chicken Potato Kebabs are made, I will roll them in the egg mixture and then roll them in the toast biscuit powder and coddle them. I kept all of the kebabs in a dish and codled them in the same way.

7th step:
√ I cooked the kebabs by frying them in oil that I had heated in a pan while keeping the stove on low. When the oil is slightly hot, I will drop the kebabs into the oil. When they are browned on both sides, drain the oil.

Step 8:
√ Serve the hot, delicious, and healthy chicken potato kebabs with tomato sauce. It was very delicious to eat.
