INGREDIENTS
💚 Vermicelli 💚 Sago 💚 Ghee 💚 Sugar 💚 Cardamom 💚 Cashew Nuts 💚 Reisins 💚 Milk
Step1 :
Take the vermicelli, break it into small pieces, fry them dry for a while, some vermicelli are already fried and available in the market.
Step 2 :
Take 100 grams of sago in a vessel, add 1 liter of water, and boil it. When the sago becomes soft like rubber, add the fried vermicelli in it and let it cook for 2 minuted in low flame.
Step 3 :
Add required amount of sugar and mix them well
Step 4 :
Put a pan on flame and ghee top, add cardamom, cashew nuts, and raisins to fry in low flame
Step 5 :
When the driy fruits are fried add them to the sago vessel and mix them once.
Step 6 :
Let the mixture cool a little and add boiled milk.
Step 7 :
Now the sweet and juicy Semiya Payasam is ready , serve hot as a sweet dessert.
