Assalamu Alaikum I hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am also well, but I am very happy and very excited to participate in today's competition. I really liked this topic in the competition. Because I am a bit of a bhajan person, I always have a different interest in food. Without saying much, let's start. And before starting, I thank you, @steemit-ironchef a lot. For organizing a very nice competition.
I always like to eat light food in the morning. And I always try to eat light food in the morning but, a few days ago I gave birth to a newborn in this world by the grace of Allah. So I can't eat light food in the morning now. Since, I have to do best feeding so I try to eat a little heavy food in the morning every day. Because, now my baby's stomach is filled through my eating. So I think of my baby and try to eat a little heavy and nutritious food in the morning. So this morning I had rice and curry with rice, pabda fish and karla bhaji. And I eat my breakfast within 8 am.
I have a habit since I was a child that I eat a light breakfast between 11 am and 12 pm. And I was eating pudding at that time, this pudding I made with my own hands today. Since I am doing best feeding, I have to eat a lot of nutritious food. And from that thought, I made a pudding with a mixture of milk and eggs. Which I liked very much. And it was very tasty to eat.
I am a Bengali person, so this is my habit to eat a full stomach at noon. Absolutely authentic Bengali with fish and rice. Today, my lunch menu included, pangas fish broth with dates, along with desi chicken cooked with dal. Today's lunch was so nutritious and healthy, which was especially beneficial for my body. Since I am the best feeding the baby, I have to be very strong at this time. And such food is enough to strengthen myself.
Today I chose mushroom soup as my afternoon snack. I really like eating soup and mushroom soup is a must. Today I ate this mushroom soup after a long time. It was very fun to eat the soup and the fun of everyone eating such a hot and quiet meal together is just amazing.
I have been trying to eat a little less at night for a long time. I have had this habit for a long time, but I never go without eating at night. Even if it is a small amount, eating at night is very important, it is very beneficial for the body.
I ate those nutritious foods at noon at night. I eat dinner before 8 pm. Because, experts have found in research that it is very beneficial for the body to eat dinner as far as possible. It is possible to stay away from various diseases in the body, so I try to eat dinner a little earlier. Every meal I had today was very tasty and nutritious which I really liked.
