"My Own Recipe of Abak Soup"

Welcome to blog, am happy to invite you all to my kitchen as I will be presenting a step by step process of how I made the above delicious soup.
This soup is called abak soup and it is made with palm fruit extract, you all know how mush I love my native delicacies, am from akwa ibom state home of different types of delicious meal so I don't think I can run out of making different recipes, so please read through if it pleases you to learn how I made this recipe.
Ingredients
• Atama leave
• palm fruit
• fish
• chicken
• cow skin
• seasoning cubes
• pepper
• crayfish
• perewinkle
• onion
Preparation process
I prepared my ingredient watched them clean and pour them in my pot I added seasoning queue and my green Scott bonnet pepper do you know proceed to to cooking them.
After steaming the meat for about 10 minutes I brought down my cooking pot and in another pot I poured in the palm fruits added water and let it cook till it soften.
As shown in the picture the Palm fruit was wedding as you can see some of them as open up indicating that a soft enough, so I used motar to pound it for easy extract (please do not use blender).
I poured the Palm fruit in a bowl added water bit by bit to avoid making it too watery then use a spatula to stirred it.
After that I seaved the juice into the pot of ingredients and cook.
Then I proceeded to washing my atama leaf which hard a little bitterness in it.
After cooking the palm fruit extract along side with the ingredients for 10 minutes I added crayfish stirred and cooked again for 5 minutes then I added the atama leaf cook for just 7 minutes then my soup was ready.

This soup can be served as pepper soup to be eaten with rice, it can also be enjoyed as soup with any swallow off ones choice.
