"My Recipe of Beans And Plantain Porridge"
Greetings friends!
Welcome to my blog, today i will love to share a unique beans porridge mix with ripe plantains please read through as i share this unique recipe from my kitchen.
Ingredients:
• beans
• plantain
• palm oil
• fish
• onion
• seasoning cubes
• salt
Step1
I poured in my beans into a pot added enough water and cook for 30 minutes, then I chopped the plantain into smaller shape.
Step2
After 30 minutes the beans had soften I seived it out rein's the pot and season the fish and cook for just 2 minutes.
Step3
I turned the fish then poured in the beans and ripe plantain into the pot and mixed them together, then I add all my seasoning ingredients which are Maggi cubes, pepper, onions and salt then I poured the fish and the stock into the pot.
Step4
I poured in limited water since my beans was already soften and ripe plantain doesn't take time to cook thenI cook it for another 10 minutes.
Step5
Lastly i added palm oil and let it cook for another 2 minutes and my porridge beans and plantain was ready.
Though this dish take take to cook especially the beans part it is highly nutritious,
