"Recipe of the Day, Week No. 77: (Simple yet Nutritious: White Chickpeas and Eggs)"

🤗 Hope you are all well and having a great time. I am also happy to do a great job. I am excited to be participating in @nancy0's competition again and I appreciate her for hosting this wonderful competition every week. Today I am going to share a very delicious recipe with you guys. Today I have made white chickpeas with boiled eggs which turned out to be very delicious. I hope you guys will like my entry today.

2 | 🥚 Egg | 4 |
3 | Red chilli Flakes | 3 teaspoon |
4 | Red chilli | 1 tablespoon |
5 | Turmeric powder | 1 teaspoon |
6 | 🧂salt | 1 tablespoon |
7 | Bnaspati ghee | As needed |
8 | 🍅Tomato | As needed |
8 | 🧅 Onion | 3 medium size |

I put the pot on the stove. poured ghee into it. And then added the chopped onions. I fried the onions well on low heat for about five minutes.
When the onions were well fried. I added the tomatoes cut into small slices. Then I fried the onions and tomatoes well for another three minutes. Then I added all the spices to it. Following that I added some water.
You know what guys I have never used a pressure cooker to boil anything. I soaked the chickpeas overnight. when I started making the curry. I sprinkled baking soda over the chickpeas for three to four minutes. So that the chickpeas would soak well and quickly. It didn't take me long and I left it for three to four minutes. After that I washed the chickpeas thoroughly with water.
The spices were well fried. Now guys I added the chickpeas to it.
Then I mixed the chickpeas well with the spices and fried them well for about seven to eight minutes.
After frying the chickpeas well. I added about two glasses of water to it and covered it and kept it on low heat to cook.
When I had fried the chickpeas well, I separated a few of them on a plate so that I could eat them. I find fried chickpeas like this very tasty and you should try it too someday. You can see in the picture how much fun these look.
In about five to ten minutes, the chickpeas were well-cooked and my delicious curry was ready.
Then I decorated it beautifully with a boiled egg and served it. You can see in the picture how delicious my curry looks and I hope you all like my recipe today.
