Hello friends, How are you all? I am also fine, Alhamdulillah. First of all, thanks to @Chrysmenia for bringing this weekly contest to us. I try to do my best. I cook every day. I love cooking. Today I have brought you one of my regular cooking recipes, little fish fry. So let's start without further ado.

chilli powder | 1/2 teaspoon |
coriender powder | half teaspoon |
coriander leaves | as you need |
green chilli | 10 pis |

First, I took a quantity of spices in a small bowl. Here I have taken onion, garlic, green chili, salt, and the rest of the powdered spices in the bowl. Today I will cook small fish stew. Small fish stew tastes great. I washed and cleaned the fish well.

Then I put a pan on the stove and added a quantity of oil to it. After the oil was slightly hot, I fried the onion, garlic, salt, and green chili together in the oil. After the smell of the onion was gone, I added the powdered spices to it. I added the powdered spices and stirred it well.

After adding the powdered spices to the pan, I ground them well. Then I added a little water and simmered them for a while. When the oil floated on top of the spices, I added the fish.

I added small fish to the ground spices and stirred them. I have to stir the fish in the spices. If I stir it a little later, the fish will break. After putting the small fish in the spices, I have to quickly coat it with the spices. Anyway, I mixed the fish well with the spices and covered it for some time.

The small fish does not take long to cook. It cooks very quickly. My fish curry is cooked. Look, it has a very beautiful color. Finally, I lightly sprinkled coriander leaves on top of the curry. This gave it a very nice aroma.

After cooking, I served the fish chachhari in a bowl. Look, it has a very beautiful color. It is very fun to eat this small fish, chachhari.
