🧑🍳 Recipe of the Day, Week No. 79: Crispy Potato Pakoras
Greetings dear Chefs! 🌿
🥔 Ingredients
½ kg potatoes
1 mug gram flour( besan)
1 tablespoon red chili powder
½ tablespoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
A handful of fresh mint leaves( diced)
Oil for frying
👨🍳 Steps to Prepare
Step 1
Wash and peel the potatoes precisely.
Step 2
Slice them into thin, cutlet- suchlike slices.
Step 3
Place the slices in a bowl and adjoin red chili powder, turmeric powder, and swab. Mix fluently.
Step 4
Add the diced mint leaves they offer a cool flavor and digestive advantage.
Step 5
Add gram flour and blend until all the potato scraps are well carpeted. Add a short water if demanded.
Step 6
Heat oil in a frying pan on intermediate flame.
Step 7
Gently dribble the carpeted potato pieces into the oil and shindig until bright brown and crisp.
Step 8
Remove the pakoras and emplace them on tissue paper to absorb redundant oil.
Step 9
Serve hot on a plate and append a slim paper sign with @mohammad1076, and date 06-10-2025 to authenticate it’s your own recipe.
🍽️ Final Touch
My crisp Potato Pakoras are prepared to eat! They taste formal when served hot with ketchup or mint chutney. A complete lunch or snack for any day. The scent, the deficit, and the spice form every bite mouthwatering!
