Recipe of the Day Week No.66 Mix seeds Protein Laddu Recipe steps with video for the first time !😁
Last time when I went to the mall I brought some mix seeds and for the very first time I tried to prepare a protein laddu watching on the YouTube and thankfully it turned to be good.
This laddu is full of protein and fiber and specially for regions where there is extremely cold this laddu helps in keeping the body warm. The person with less energy can also consume it as it is full of energy and the tasty of this laddu is also good.
With basic and simple ingredients this laddu is prepared the only thing you need is mix seeds.
Ingredients of the laddu
1) 2 tbsp of clarified butter (ghee)
2) 200 gms of mixed seeds
3) 150gms Jaggery or Sugar
4) dry fruits finally chopped
Step 1
So take the mixed seeds and Coarse grind them to avoid making a powdered form and then empty them the seeds in a plate. Then take a pan add two table spoons of clarified butter to which we call ghee in India. Let the butter get heated.

Step 2
Once the but I get heated then add the powder of mixed seeds and stir fry them until they become little brown. Then add the jaggery or Sugar which ever you wish to prefer for sweetning the laddu. Continuously fry the seeds until it becomes sticky in texture. Once it becomes sticky and caramelised structure then turn off the flame.
Step 3
Once you turn off the stove take a bowl with some clarified butter to give a round shape to you protein laddus. When the seeds are semi-heat apply some butter in your palms and then make a round laddu with the help of a wet hand.
Your laddus are now ready to eat.
Note : Store the laddus in an airtight container to avoid them from become soft as it loses the crunchiness.
