Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all. I hope everyone is safe by the grace of God. I am also fine Alhamdulillah. Today I am participating #worldofdesserts-s27w1.Thank you very much @suboohi teaching us such a nice Dessert.
Of course, dessert items are important for any special event. I think dessert makes any special event even more special. In any happy news, we try to sweeten the occasion with dessert for ourselves and our loved ones. Many food lovers feel that the formality of the event is not complete without a dessert item at the end of the meal. The positive effect that is seen in everyone after consuming desserts makes the event more lively.
Samolina Pudding
Ingredients :

-Suger | 1 cup |
-Powder milk | 1/2 cup |
-Cardamon | 3-4 piece |
-Food colour | 1 pinch |
-Salt | 1 pinch |

After preparing all the ingredients, I will put a pot on the stove. In it, I will add half a cup of oil. When the oil is a little hot, I will add 3-4 cardamoms.

When the smell comes out of the cardamom, I will add the semolina on it. adding the semolina, I add a pinch of salt to enhance the taste. Then I will roast the semolina for 5-7 minutes.Which increase the taste of pudding.

Once the semolina is roasted and it’s aroma come out, add 1/2 cup of sugar. After mixing suger with it add 1/2 cup of powdered milk.You can also use liquid milk.

Mix the dry ingredients and add 1 cup of water. When the water boils, add a little food coloring (orange) and cover with a lid.

Once the semolina is cooked and the water dries up, stir it for 4-5 minutes so that the semolina does not get lumpy. When the semolina mixture comes out of the pan, the pudding is ready to serve.

Semolina
Semolina is a carbohydrate food. But because of the fiber in semolina, it is easily digested, so it can be given to children. Moreover, semolina contains several other things including iron magnesium B complex, which are beneficial for us. It helps in controlling human weight.
Suger
Although the main ingredient of dessert items is sugar. Sugar enhances the taste of this dessert item. But consuming too much sugar is harmful. Sugar should be consumed in moderation. Because sugar increases weight and is bad for diabetic patients.
Milk
Milk is called the ideal food. Except for vitamin C, most of the vitamins are present in milk. Milk helps in the formation of bones and teeth because it contains calcium and iron. It plays an important role in the physical and intellectual development of a child up to the age of 5 years.
Oil
Omega-3 and Omega-6 in soybean oil help reduce cholesterol levels and brain development. Therefore, Omega-3 reduces our risk of heart disease. A special source of vitamin K, soybean oil helps in the formation of our bones. Refined oil rich in vitamin E is beneficial for our skin and hair.
