Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all. I hope everyone is safe by the grace of God. I am also fine Alhamdulillah. Today I am participating #worldofappitizers-s26w.Thank you very much @subhohi teaching us such a easy and delicious Cold Appetizers.

Cold appetizers are served before the main course. These foods are not served hot but are served cold or at room temperature. These foods can be prepared in a short time and with few ingredients but are very tasty and healthy to eat. It can be any salad or drink.various types of a vegetable can be used which make it colourful.

Step- 1

First, I will hard boil the eggs in a clean bowl. Then, once the eggs have cooled, I will peel them and chop them into small pieces.

Step- 2

Heat a pan on the stove and toast the bread well on both sides.

Step- 3

Now I will mix the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper powder into the chopped eggs bowl. Then stir them very well to make the salad.

Step- 4

Finally, add the coriander leaves to the egg mixture and mix well.My egg salad is ready to make the appetizer.

Step- 5

Now I'll spread the egg salad nicely over the each toasted bread. Then sprinkle coriander leaves on top and my Delicious egg salad with bread is ready to serve.

Final presentation

I didn't have to face any difficulties in preparing this recipe. But I have been suffering from a little fever for the last two days so it has been a little late in preparing this recipe. Moreover, teacher @suboohi has described the recipe so beautifully. I hope that anyone who prepares this recipe does not have to face any difficulties.
