Hello Dear Steemians
Myself @rema-khan and today i will share some pictures of vegetables there are alots of vegetable that are naturally ocuuring but I will share some of them so hope you are doing energetic and fantastic and will be happy so lets start;
Potatoes:
These are potatoes which is yellow in colour they have also red colour but the potatoes which is present in this pictures is yellowish potatoes. Potatoes are having so much benefits like they are rich source of essential nutrients such as,
- Fats
- Fiber
- It contains potassium which helps in regulate blood pressure and avoid heart diseases
- Also contain carotenoids which protect cells from damage and also reduces risk of chronic diseases.
Onions:
Onions are white, yellow and red in colour they are also grow in underground there are two types of onions one is scallions(green onion) and the second one is circle shape they are very compulsory in cooking dishes and then put this in them they are also containing many benefits which are following below,
Benefits
- It fights against chronic diseases and diabetes
- fight against inflammation
- good for human heart
- also it is known as regulating lipids.
Taro root:
Taro root is also known as Arvi in urdu is so much famous in pakistan everywhere especially choly kachalan shop it the name in pashto and people it with som much love because it is spicy i will share it with you whenever I buy it.
Benefits:
- Regulate bowel movements
- Prevents conatipation
Lady fingers:
It is also the kind of vegetables known as lady fingers we also cook it and eat it with so much love.
Benefits:
- Weight management
- Improves digestion
Eggplant:
Eggplants are also known as baingan in hindi and it is purple in colour they are also good vegetables and can be benefical for health.
Benefits:
- Lowering bad cholestrol
- Contain high fiber and low calorie content
- Control blood sugar level etc.
Bottle gourd:
These are named as bottle gourd also have another name Lauki which is so sweet in taste when cooked it up it is light green in colour.
Benefits:
- Aiding digestion because of fiber
- Promoting hydration
- Protect health from potassium and low sodium etc.
