Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.I am also very well by the grace of the Almighty Allah,Alhamdulillah for that.I am a teacher by profession, a volunteer blood donor. I am a housewife, and alongside that, I am a student and a blogger.The reason I’m here today to attend the contest which is organized by @steemit-ironchef . I am very happy for that.Today, I will share my food dairy of the 12 september.Due to busyness I didnt get time for posting. so,without further ado,let's get started.

In the morning after waking up and refreshing myself, I always have some light snacks. I prefer light foods after getting up because I don't feel good eating heavy meals in the morning.I had some dates, raisins, and nuts as a light snack; these are very dear to me, and in the morning. Today was a holiday, and since I was at home, I cooked their favorite pasta noodles. I added various kinds of vegetables, such as carrots, tomatoes, green chilies, and eggs, etc. My son Rihan really likes pasta noodles, so whenever I have free time at home, I cook his favorite food for him.

So there was an event at our school, and that's why I was asked to go to school early today. There, all the teachers together organized the cooking of biryani with beef. All the teachers were working hand in hand and helping each other. It was extremely enjoyable to eat this beef biryani, even though I don't really love eating biryani that much, but sometimes I eat it when I feel like it.

Again, both my son and I are fruit lovers, and we mostly eat fruits. That's why on our way back from school, we bring some kind of fruit from the market. So, for a light afternoon snack, I had given my son banana and some pomegranate with bread. Pomegranate is a very nutritious fruit as it contains a large amount of potassium and some substances that help keep the mind healthy.

Often at night, I don't feel like eating heavy food like rice or bread. On that day, I cooked a type of sweet dish that is made with milk. While cooking the vermicelli, I added a lot of nuts and raisins, and I used a large amount of milk. It was very delicious and nutritious. I had the vermicelli with puffed rice at night.

To live a healthy life, the contribution of nutritious food is very important. Therefore, we should always pay attention to our diet. We can eat whatever we like, but we should make our own food list to identify which foods are more necessary or nutritious for our bodies.
