🥰Assalamu alaikum friends🥰

Hope everyone are well and healthy by the grace of Almighty Allah.I am also very well by the grace of the Almighty Allah,Alhamdulillah for that.I am a teacher by profession, a volunteer blood donor. I am a housewife, and alongside that, I am a student and a blogger.The reason I’m here today to attend the contest which is organized by @mvchacin mam.Today will share the recipe of Beef biryani.Its my first time cooking this biryani.I cook so many items but never try this recipe Thats why its my first biryani cooking.So let's see the delicious Beef biryani cooking times.

All ingredients for Beef Biryani

1.Polao rice & Beef
2.Chopped potato
3.Sour yogurt & tomato sauce
4.Chopped onion & green chillies
5.Garlic,Ginger & Cumin paste
6.Walnut & chillies paste
7.Bay leaves,cardamom & cinnamon
8.Some raisins & Biryani masala

🫕The cooking Process🫕

🔶First, I placed a large pot on the stove and added oil as needed. Then, I added pre-cut potato pieces to the oil and added a little salt. I fried them well for about 7-8 minutes. After that, I added onion to the oil and sautéed the onion until it was golden brown. During these two tasks, the stove's heat must be kept on low, as these will be used in the final stage of the biryani.

🟨 First, I added chopped onions to hot oil, then I added bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, etc. Now I have fried all of these well.

🟧Once fried, I added garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin paste, etc., and continued frying until a beautiful aroma was released.

🟨 Then I add a sufficient amount of sour yogurt, followed by ground almonds, and finally I add tomato sauce.

🟫 In the next step, I add biryani spices, then I add a cup of water to sauté the spices. Once the spices are sautéed, I add the pieces of beef to it.

🟨 Then I added some whole green chilies for flavor and covered it with a lid, letting it simmer for about 20 minutes so that the beef would cook thoroughly. After that, I poured in the pre-washed pulao rice and, using a spoon, continuously stirred and mixed it with the spices.

🟫 Later, I added one and a half liters of water to the rice, increased the heat of the stove, and the water started to boil quickly with extra heat. Once the water was boiling, I turned the heat down to low. When the water had completely evaporated, I added some green chilies.

🟨 At the very last stage, I spread the previously saved onions and the fried potato pieces over the biryani. Then I covered it with a lid and let it sit for about ten minutes. After ten minutes, I opened the lid and stirred it again, turning it over, and left it on the stove to dry completely

To live a healthy life, the contribution of nutritious food is very important. Therefore, we should always pay attention to our diet. We can eat whatever we like, but we should make our own food list to identify which foods are more necessary or nutritious for our bodies.

However, friends, the funny thing is that I have never cooked biryani before. At this age, today was the first time I tried to cook biryani. At home, my mother and mother-in-law always cook, and I eat. But today, I cooked myself as a surprise. Anyway, this is all for today. Please do let me know in the comments how my cooking turned out.
