I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am very well. I have come to participate in this week's engagement challenge with fruit salad. From the first week to this week, I have been able to learn various salad recipes through all the courses. Fruit salad is very beneficial for our body.
Anyway, below are the ingredients I need to make the fruit salad recipe.
Ingredients needed:
- Pineapple
- Pomegranate
- Red guava
- Jackfruit
- Banana
- Lemon slices
- Honey
- Mint leaves
Preparation method:
- First step: First, I will wash the guava, mint leaves and lemon well with clean water.
- Second step: Then I will peel the pineapple and banana and cut them into small pieces. In addition, I will cut the jackfruit and red guava into small pieces.

- Step 3: Now put all the chopped fruits in a bowl. On the other hand, chop the mint leaves and add them to the honey and add the lemon juice.

- Step 4: Mix all the chopped fruits together and mix them with the honey juice mixture using a spoon.

- Finally, my fruit salad recipe is ready. Now I will serve it and take a selfie with my recipe.

Every fruit in the salad is delicious, but I like to eat red guava. I often make some fruit salad with honey and eat it. My family likes to eat it in the afternoon and evening. I learned to eat this food from my family. Yes, of course, this fruit salad has health benefits.

I tried to use the fruits of my own tree to make this recipe. Here I used red guava, banana, jackfruit and pomegranate from our own tree as ingredients for the salad. Also, my father-in-law bought pineapple from the local market and I added this fruit to this salad. Although all the ingredients for the salad are available in the local market, strawberries are not always available in our country and this fruit is cultivated in very few areas.
