I am starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am doing very well. I will happily participate in a great engagement challenge in the last week as well. The theme of this week's engagement challenge is SLC26-W6 // "Cold Appetizers". So let's get started.

What do you mean by cold appetizer?

A cold appetizer is a food that is cold or at room temperature and is eaten before the main meal. This food can be eaten in a few bites and increases the taste of the food. The main purpose of eating this food is to make the food more delicious and enjoyable. This food can be eaten cold in the refrigerator. It can be any snacks. For example, light snacks are made with cheese, cucumber, salad, tomato slices, fruit slices, etc.

Make any one cold appetizer of your choice in detail, step by step, with pictures. You can add ingredients of your choice, too.

Ingredients required:

Mayonnaise	Half cup
Pepper powder	Half tablespoon

Maggi spice	One tablespoon

Preparation method:

• Step 1: First, I will boil the eggs. Then I will slice the bread and cut it into five pieces.

• Step 2: Now I will cut the eggs into pieces. I will mix the chopped eggs with pepper powder and salt well.

• Step 3: Now I will mix the egg mixture well again with mayonnaise, a small amount of Maggi spice and green chili pieces.

(Here I have used mayonnaise in the potato and egg mixture)

• Step 4: Now I will spread the egg mixture nicely on the sliced ​​bread. Then I will sprinkle Maggi masala on top. It will look beautiful and taste delicious.

• Finally my recipe is done. Now I will take a selfie with my recipe.

Do you face any difficulty during making the recipe?

I make this recipe when any guest comes to my house or in the afternoon and evening and eat it with my family. Since I am already an expert in making this recipe, I did not find anything difficult. This recipe is as delicious as it is easy to make. This recipe can be made without any hassle, so I think any new cook can make this recipe easily. I am really happy to be able to make this delicious recipe with some household ingredients. It is as delicious as it is nutritious. I made this recipe today and shared it with my family.
