*Rolex Bakery and Departmental Store.*

In our Parbatipur town, there are several bakeries, but among them, Rolex Bakery and Departmental Store is one of the most popular and reputed ones. This bakery offers everything from cakes to various food items. Some of the main products include cakes, bread, birthday cakes, biscuits, packet biscuits, family cakes, chocolates, ice creams, and even personal care items.

This bakery has been running successfully for many years and has branches in different districts and sub-districts. The main branch, however, is located right in the heart of our town. Because of its central location and fair prices, the shop is always busy with customers buying food and other products.

This is the main entrance of the bakery. Inside, you’ll find a variety of products like pickles, honey, nuts, cold drinks, snacks, potatoes, and many other daily items. The owner and staff members are very polite and friendly with customers. They always try to provide the best service and help people choose what they like. All the baked items here actually come from Dinajpur district, where their main production center is located. Every week, delivery trucks bring fresh food from Dinajpur to this branch about two or three times. Because they have their own bakery, they can sell products at a very reasonable price, which is one of the reasons people love shopping here.

	Different types of Bread

In my opinion, bread best represents our country’s baking tradition. Everyone loves bread, and it’s one of the most common foods we eat for breakfast. We also enjoy it in the afternoon or evening as a snack. At home, we often prepare different dishes using bread with milk or eggs, and it’s something that people of all ages love. Bread is a simple yet essential food for many families in our country, and it plays an important role in our daily meals.

	Cake

Another very popular baked item is cake. From poor to middle-class families, everyone enjoys eating cake. People have it as a snack in the morning, evening, or at tea time. Guests are often served cakes during visits, and children especially love them. When we travel, we usually take packed cakes and bread with us because they are convenient and delicious. These are clean, tasty, and loved by almost everyone in our country.

Different types of Biscuits

Among all the bakery items, my personal favorites are biscuits, hot cakes, and freshly baked bread. These taste amazing when they’re warm and fresh out of the oven, and the aroma fills the entire area it’s simply irresistible. I love having them for breakfast or evening snacks. There are many varieties of biscuits salty, sweet, spicy, and chocolate-flavored ones and all of them taste great, especially with tea. That’s why biscuits, bread, and warm cakes are my absolute favorites from the bakery.

✓ Do you think there is anything the bakery could improve?

Yes, definitely. I think the shop should expand its indoor space a bit more. Right now, there’s no place to sit and eat. Customers usually have to stand while eating or take their food home. If they could add a small seating area for tea, coffee, or snacks, it would make the place much more comfortable for everyone.

Payment Method:

Since we live in a small town, most transactions are done in cash, though sometimes people use bKash (mobile payment), but that’s quite rare. So, cash is the main payment method here.

Facilities and Parking:

As this bakery is located right at the entrance of the main market, it’s very convenient. You can always find fresh, new food items here. There’s also enough space for parking, so customers can easily park their motorbikes or cars while shopping.

Social Media:

Unfortunately, since this is a small-town branch, they don’t have any website or social media page. However, their branches in district or divisional cities might have online pages or websites. The Parbatipur branch currently doesn’t have any social media presence.

My Opinion:

In our small town, there are many food shops, but Rolex Bakery stands out as one of the best. They always sell fresh and affordable products. There’s also a parking area and CCTV cameras for security. The staff are polite and respectful to customers, and the owner himself is very friendly. Considering all these things, I would say that Rolex Bakery is truly one of the best bakeries in our town.
