Assalamu Alaikum everyone. I am very happy to be able to participate in the "Steemit Challenge Season 25 || Team-Salad Chef" course. I find this kind of course very beneficial in bringing more creativity to the culinary ingredients, textures and flavors of the food. The first task of this course is "Caesar Salad" which is really delicious and nutritious to eat.

Make a "Caesar Salad"(detailing the utensils, ingredients, and preparation steps).
I will try the Caesar Salad shown in this course today. According to the first task, I will explain in detail the recipe presented in this course, including the utensils, ingredients and each step of preparation below.

Yogurt | 5 tsp |

How to Make :
Step : 01
- In the first step, I will cut the lettuce. Then I will wash them well with water. Then I put three spoonfuls of vinegar in the lettuce and leave it for a few minutes. Then I will drain the water from the lettuces and put them in a bowl.

Step : 02
- Then I will fry the chicken pieces in a pan with butter that I have marinated in advance. When the chicken pieces are browned, I remove the chicken pieces from the pan and put them in a bowl.

Step : 03
- Then it is the turn to make croutons with sandwich bread. I had cut the breads into squares beforehand. Then I will put butter in a pan and add the bread cubes. And of course, I will fry the bread cubes on low heat. When I see that the bread cubes are mushy and brown in color, I transfer them to a separate bowl.

Step : 04
- The next step is to make the Caesar dressing. Where as I have used yogurt instead of mayonnaise as mentioned in the course. So I will first take yogurt in a bowl. Then in it I will add soy sauce, salt and cheese. Then I will mix all the ingredients well until they are combined.

Step : 05
- Then in the last step we will make the salad with all the above prepared ingredients. First I will take lettuce in a bowl. Then I will add croutons, chicken meat and finally Parmesan cheese. After that I will keep mixing them well until all the ingredients are combined. Then I will serve the salad beautifully in a separate bowl.

The recipe taught in the course was made by me. But I tried to make the Caesar salad exactly like the one taught in the course. Because the course teacher prepared the recipe very well, due to which I understood it step by step. And this salad is as simple to make as it is very flavorful. I have tested the salad myself. The taste, smell and texture of the Caesar salad are incomparable in every way. I always love this kind of salad. Which will be very tasty to eat and will be very nutritious for our body. I can say that my expectations in making this have been fulfilled.

Lettuce, croutons and parmesan cheese are very beneficial for our body, which goes without saying. They are not only fun to eat, but also very nutritious for the body. Basically they are used more in making salad. I have presented the benefits of these three things below:
Lettuce : Lettuce is low in calories, a good source of vitamins and iron. It also contains fiber which helps our digestion a lot. Lettuce leaves contain a lot of water which helps a lot to keep us hydrated during summer. For this reason, we have to eat more salads during the summer, which help our body to improve our health by fulfilling the nutritional elements of our body.
Parmesan Cheese : Cheese is a food rich in high quality protein. Also beneficial for our body because it contains calcium and vitamins. We know that protein helps in building our muscles and calcium helps in the health of our bones and teeth. Therefore it is good to include cheese in our daily diet.
Croutons : Croutons are a type of carbohydrate food and of course it is also very beneficial for our body. It is made from hollo ehol grain which has high fiber content. And fiber helps a lot to eliminate constipation in our body. Using croutons makes the texture of the salad beautiful and enhances the taste.

Here are some of my special tips for making salads:
The taste of the salad depends on the dressing properly. So, of course, it is necessary to make it with the right ingredients while making the dressing.
If you mix the ingredients too much, the lettuce leaves can become soft. So it should be mixed well.
I would recommend adding protein rich food to the salad. As it increases the nutritional value of the salad and makes it taste better.
Care should be taken while washing the lettuce so that the leaves are fresh and intact, then it is also very good to eat.
To bring a difference in taste, shrimp can be used as a protein-rich food in the salad instead of chicken. It will take more time to eat.
