Prepare Homemade Herbal Ketchup with Garlic. Share complete step by step process. At the end share the handwritten username and date with Ketchup.
It's so delicious to eat ketchup with different types of snacks.Besides, everyone in our family loves tomato ketchup.Today's recipe was liked by me and my family.Besides, its color is also beautiful.Let's see how I made this ketchup.
Necessary Materials
- Tomatoes
- Vinegar
- Red chili
- Salt
- Sugar
- Garlic
First step
First I took the tomatoes and chopped them into small pieces.Then I put them in a bowl.

Second step
Then I put the pot on the stove and added water and garlic to it.Then I boiled it on the stove for a while.

After a while, I took it down and put it in the blender.Then I blended them.

Then I put the blended tomatoes in a strainer and strained them well.

Then I put a pan on the stove and put the tomatoes in it.Then I added a generous amount of red chili powder, salt, and sugar to these.Then I stirred them for a while.

Then I added vinegar to it and stirred.As I moved it around like this, it slowly thickened.Then I took it off the stove.This is how my tomato ketchup was made.

Did you face any difficulty in the preparation of the ketchup at home?
No, I didn't face any problems in making it.I was able to make this very easily because I have made this tomato ketchup many times before.I don't often buy ketchup from a store.I have made tomato ketchup at home many times before.My whole family loves the tomato ketchup I make.This time the ketchup was the most delicious.And it looks exactly like store-bought ketchup.
What do you say about the taste and freshness of the homemade ketchup which you have prepared as compared to the market ketchup?
I think homemade ketchup is much better than market ketchup.Homemade ketchup is so delicious and fresh.On the other hand, various types of formalins are mixed in the market ketchup.We can easily make delicious and healthy tomato ketchup at home.It is very fresh and cannot be compared to the ketchup in the market.Of course, it's much fresher and tastier than the ones in the market.So I think we should make this kind of healthy tomato ketchup at home.
