Today I have achieved a lot in the presentation of the Caprese salad recipe given by Ma'am. I have not heard of this salad. I got an idea about it by searching on YouTube about this salad. Caprese salad is one of the most popular salads in Italy. However, as it is popular in Italy, this salad is very delicious to eat.

Today I will make this recipe, I hope everyone likes it. First, I have given some ingredients for making this recipe below.

  • Tomato 1 piece
  • Cheese 100gm
  • Basil leaves as much

Additional ingredients

  • Cucumber 1 piece
  • Olive oil as much.
  • Pepper
  • Salt.

First, I took water in a clean pot to free the germs in the basil leaves and there I heated the water with vinegar.

When the water was slightly hot, I put the basil leaves in the water to free the germs.

Then I took the leaves out of the water refreshed them in cold water and kept them in a separate container to drain the water.

Then I washed the tomatoes and cucumbers with water and cut them into pieces, and also cut the cheese into pieces. It should be cut into pieces of about 1 cm so that the salad will have a taste.

I arranged the tomato pieces in a row in a container and left a gap between each tomato so that it would be convenient to add other ingredients.

Then I added cucumber to the gap between each piece of tomato. The cucumber makes the salad taste and crunchier.

After adding the cucumbers, I added the cheese pieces separately.

When the tomatoes, sauce, and cheese were added to each piece, I added salt and chili powder to all the ingredients.

Then I added olive oil to it to make it delicious to eat. And my Caprese salad was ready.

Finally, when the Caprese salad was done, I wrote my name and the date on a piece of paper and took a picture.

Cheese is a nutritious and delicious food, which is made from milk, and contains high-quality protein that helps in muscle building. Cheese contains vitamins A, B2 (riboflavin), B12, D and K, which are very beneficial for the eyes and skin. Cheese contains zinc and vitamin B12, which increase immunity.

Basil leaves are an important herbal plant in Ayurveda and ancient medicine.

It contains antioxidants that protect the body from virus and bacterial infections. It also helps in preventing colds and coughs. It improves digestion, relieves chest congestion, and also relieves diabetes, skin diseases, and bad breath.

Yes, I have some tips that are very effective for making this salad.

  • To remove the dirt from the basil leaves, you need to clean them with vinegar water. The leaves contain dirt, insects, bacteria, etc. so you need to keep them in slightly warm water for 5-6 seconds to clean them. If you keep them for longer, the color, taste and aroma of the leaves will decrease.

  • After washing these leaves with cold water, dry them and after drying, gently apply olive oil to the leaves with your hands and keep them at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes, the aroma will increase further.
