How are you SLC team and my friends... I am also good by the grace of almighty,today I here again in #steemit-ironchef community to participate in weekly contestDaily menu delicacies week no :82. Breakfast meal
The month of August began in my life with little life style changes specially in eating habits,the reason behind that is weight maintaining for that weight loss journey starting again ....
Lunch time
For lunch the best option for me to cook chicken curry infact my all family love with accompanied with rice or loaf 🍞,my boys back to home from school soon I decided to make quick food for them ,infact they were hungry and wanted lunch when they reached at home so I fastly cutted the onion and washed chicken and tomatoes .

I added green chillies chopped and ginger, garlic paste ,I also incorporated bottle ground in small pieces it's good in taste and having many health benefits.

Evening time snacks
I took large cucumber in sliced ,cucumber is rich in fiber and filled you longer ,suprres your hunger and hydrated my self in summers.I squeezed half lemon on it and enjoyed...did 30 minutes brisk walk in the evening.
Dinner time 🍽️
My hubby back to home from office along with tampting BRQ meals from my favourite place but honestly I was annoyed 😠 on him... infact as he knew that I am followed diet plan for weight loss and he bought delicious food from market but trust me I never took a single bite ,just drink one glass milk and date in dinner.....well l knew that no gain without pain........ All family enjoyed but I just seen him 😄 😄.

Now a day I skipped my lovely stronger ☕ tea infact missing it but sugar and milk made it high calories drink I took my another green tea cup.and wrote my today's food diary game blog and just lay down on bed ,the researches told us before 10 pm going to bed help you in rapid weight loss well trying to keep my self motivated and consistent 😜 😜..
