Greetings to all my lovely chefs friends
How are you SLC team and my friends... I am also good by the grace of almighty,today I here again in #steemit-ironchef community to participate in weekly contestDaily menu delicacies week no :81. So guys let's move on my today's food diary game I hope you all are being with me till end.....
Breakfast meal
In breakfast I made only milk tea ☕ accompanied with bread slices with margarine.usually I like to eat healthy meals in dinner in which not only carb the balance combination provide essential nutrition to our first day meal after long fast ,milk and egg also very good in breakfast but this day I took bread only .
Lunch time
My kids back to school and really hungry when they knew the I fried fresh and crispy Dal kachory at home ,the most demanding item specially in afternoon time.Its fried meals accomplish with mashed moong lental / daal and yummy spices ,first we add the mashed moong daal and kneaded the dought .
Fried in a pre heated oil other wise oiled filled in the kachory/ snacks and spoiled the taste .I also prepared youhgat with it .Served my kids and they all finished happily ,cooking for love one it's a gesture and graduate for them .
Evening time snacks
I made last week the traditional sweet called bhaloo shahi sweet at home ,I followed my mother in law,s recipe for the I also add coconut dust ,brown sugar and gram flour in clarified butter,the delicious treats remain fresh the whole week.
Due to melted brown sugar coconut dust easily stuck and gave more tampting flavor and crunch to sweet .My mother in also a very good chef they cooked only traditional Pakistani cousins we love it ...
Dinner time 🍽️
In the dinner 🍽️ I cooked chicken nihari with bread .Now a days gas pressure became low at nighttime so I tried to cooked all meals before 6 pm .
The chicken nihari one of my favourite meal specially my younger son love .well chicken also very good for growing kids due to high protein and vitamins in it ,I usually preferred to make healthy nutritional meals on daily menu.
At night my daughter made cold coffee ☕ ☕ for us she made in soda glasses and served it and yes refused it as they were in good condition.the cold coffee made up of ice , coffee powder ,milk ,sugar and vanilla ice cream scoop 😋 🤤.So the dinner ended with delicious treats .
