Assalam o alikum friends welcome to my blog today I like to participate in Engagement challenge season 27 week 2.Dessert play significance role in our lives like our occasions ,celebrations , birthday and holidays .This w eek our lovely teacher @suboohi taught us dessert make from milk .I learned many new tips and techniques from the lesson in every week so guys let's move on the participation.i hope you all are being with me till end....
Yes I liked the dessert which were made from milk I am from Pakistan our traditional sweets never completed with out milk and most of the recipes it's ⭐ star ingredient,milk is not only yummy and rich in taste it's all very good for our muscles and bone due to high amount of calcium and vitamin D presence.Many delicious dessert having milk and a key ingredient,let me share here some dessert that makes from milk .

Dear friends I love to share my participation for this challenge the recipe of the course it's Frui trifle in my style so guy's without ado let's move on the recipe first I share the ingredients list then making step by step..

1 liter milk |
1/2 cup custard powder |
I cup sugar |
Red jelly powder |
Water |
Dry nuts chopped |
1/2 Cup cut Vermeil |
2 Apples grated |
4 Bananas |
- Making
First I take a clean pan add milk let it good boiled for 10 minutes.
- Now add sugar
- Add 1/2 cup cut vermacill in milk and mixed from wooden spetulla.Cooked 10 minutes on low flame .

- Now take 1 cup of water and dissolved 5 to 6 spoons of custard powder in water .
- When the mixture is ready added in the milk .
- Cooked on low to medium flame on 15 minutes and stirring well continuously for kept our desert lumps free .
Gradually it became thick and creamy we need not too much thick texture for our trifle so I offered the flame and let it cool .

For jelly I boiled one cup of water added strawberry flavoured galeton bought from market cooked 20 to 15 minutes now poured in flat plate and set a side for cool.When it was settled cut small.chunks from knife .
When our custard cool in the meantime I washed and cut the banana and grated apple for our fruit trifle.Aldo.finly chopped nuts in which rasines almonds and walnuts.before assembling the toppings I arranged all ingredients that used to add in my fruit trifle.
I dish out the custard in glass serving dish ,by first add grated 🍎 apple in it
Then add banana chunks
Sprinkle nuts on top.

So guys it's final turned of my fruit trifle,trust be it's too delicious and rich in taste ,served chilled for more tempting sweetness.

Well its quite simple and easy to make I love all recipes that quickly done I never liked to spent much time or long and complicated procedure having recipes.Yes usually when l made jelly it never settled well but fortunately this time every thing were going smooth and I got results as per my acceptations.Me and my kids love dessert so I made at least twice a week in my daily menu delecies.
Well dessert matters in my life specially on our festivals never completed without sweetness of joy ..... Being a muslims the two big festivals are celebrating by us so on Eid occasions for guests and family I prepared my traditional desserts like Kheer ,sheer and milk base sweets dishes.Its brings happiness ☺️, celebrating, creativity, cultural significance,share bonding ,i love to make cakes , pastries, traditional Pakistani dessert on different celebrations.
