Hello friend welcome back with another delicious Pakistani traditional cousin recipe made by beef minced . Usually after Eid ul azha festival we all.had meats in our storage being a in Muslims it's a part of our religion to sacrificed animals every and distributed among needy and poor people infact sharing it caring specially for good cause ....
- Recipe name :Seekh kabab
- Cooking time : 2 hours for marination 15 minutes for frying
- Serving size : 6 to 8 people
- Cousin: Traditional Pakistani cousin
- Cooking methods: marination and frying
Ingredients list |

1 kg Beef mince fine grind |
2 tbs ginger garlic paste |
2 tbs unripe papaya |
1 large brown onion |
1 tbs garam masala |
3 tbs gram flour |
2 tbs Green chillies paste |
Cooking oil for frying |
1 tbs Red chili powder |
1 tbs salt |
procedure step by step
- Step :1
My first I washed the beef minced then strained out water added unripe papaya past , ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder in it

In second step i add some salt and roasted gram flour incorporated ingredients well then I mix with the help of spoon

Now I added orange food colour and green chilli paste .

At the end added chopped onions 🧅 and garam masala power after that mixed well and covered with lid marinated the beef mince for at least 2 to 4 hours in Refrigerate good marination gives tampting flavor to our seekh kabab.

Now it's time to make a seekh kabab shape for that I used a stereo for getting perfect shape to my beef patties I take a pan for Frying kabab one by frying and gaves golden brown colour on both sides after that strained out form oil and took on serving plate 🍽️.

Final presentation
So guys it's a final took of my seek kabab is served it to my family with tomato ketchup 😋 and mint yogurt 🤤 my all family love it specially my little son and ate with poori paratha .on my recommendation you must try out my yummy and healthy recipe ,served with chilled soda drinks as well.
